Christian is a third generation contractor and graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Construction Management. He has called Jacksonville Beach his home since 2017 and prides himself on providing a detailed and seamless construction process to all of his customers.

Being a licensed Residential Contractor and Real Estate Agent, Christian leverages his expertise in both fields to assist families living and moving to Northeast Florida.

Christian founded CZ Contracting with a desire to serve the community he proudly calls home. He believes that being invited to work on someone's home is a privilege built on trust. To him, a home is more than an investment, it's where families build their lives and create lasting memories. That's why every project is approached with honesty, care, and craftsmanship that honors both the home and the people who live in it.
