CZ Contracting is a licensed residential construction company serving the Jacksonville Beaches area — Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding communities. Founded in 2022 and led by Christian Zecher, a third-generation contractor with a degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida, CZ Contracting specializes in home additions, major remodels, and custom new construction.
